Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Send your cancellation request to [email protected] or use our contact form. Shipped orders will go through the return process.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Personalized or custom-made items are excluded from returns.
Shipping Responsibility
If the return is due to customer preference, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, CEVOX covers the return shipping. Report damaged items within 30 days with photos to [email protected].
Refund Process
After receiving your return request, we'll send you the return address and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
