Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. No processing on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Time
After shipment, delivery takes 7-20 business days depending on the destination. Remote locations may take longer. Large orders may ship in multiple packages.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary by product, weight, and destination. Orders of $50+ qualify for free standard shipping to the US, Canada, and Australia. Check the product page for a shipping estimate.
Tracking Number
A tracking number will be sent by email 3-5 business days after shipment. You can track your order at our /track page.
Customs & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by local customs regulations, which CEVOX cannot control.
Delivery Issues
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility. If you receive a missing or damaged item, report it within 30 days with photos to [email protected].
